What Time is Check-in and Check Out?

The check-in and check-out time is the same for all our vacation properties. Guests can check in at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM.

Can I Get an Early Check-in or late Check-out?

Whenever possible, we are happy to offer you an early check-in or late check-out. However, this may not be an available option as we have a lot of same-day reservations. This means we will need the time in between check-in and check-out to ensure your home is clean and ready for your arrival.  If we can accommodate your request, there is a nominal fee with all proceeds being donated to local charities. 

Are Linens Provided?

Yes. We provide all bed linens, bedding, pillows, bath towels, and kitchen towels.

Do You Provide Cribs, High Chairs or Other Items?

We can arrange for items such as pack & plays, high chairs, etc to be at the rental when you arrive. Check the boarding pass to arrange this before arrival. There is a fee for the item, but all proceeds are donated to local charities.

When Will I Receive My Check-in Instructions?

After booking, you will receive a link that we call  a boarding pass with all the info about your rental. Be sure to check your email and keep it handy. This link is your single source of all information related to your stay!

What is the Boarding Pass?

The boarding pass is a link that we will email you after booking that will give you all the information you need for your stay. It will include house amenities, wifi info, check-in procedures, door code, garbage day info, guidebooks, house rules, our contact info and more. This link is your single source for all information related to your stay.

When Will I get the Door Code to Enter the Home?

We have contactless check-in and check-out at all our properties. Your door code is PART of the check-in process, and will be given to you in the step-by-step instructions once you click “Check In” in the boarding pass.  Note that you can NOT click “Check In” until your scheduled arrival time.  This is typically 4pm unless you paid for an early arrival. You will NOT get a separate email with your door code, it is only found in the boarding pass link!

Is Wi-Fi Available?

All of our properties have high-speed internet available. The wifi network will be listed in the boarding pass as well as the wifi password.

What Amenities are Offered?

All of our properties include a fully stocked kitchen, including dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, hot pads, pots and pans, cutting board, toaster, coffee maker. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar and creamer. Bathrooms will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

Are Pets Allowed?

Some of our properties do allow pet dogs. Please verify with us before booking if the property you are looking to book allows dogs. We also require a non-refundable pet fee for all pet stays. We ask that all dogs stay off the furniture and you clean up after your pet outside before leaving.

What is Your Refund Policy?

Please refer to the platform that you booked on for specific policies around cancellations and refunds. 

Does the Property have Cable TV?

Our properties have Smart TVs that allow you to stream using your own Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc. accounts. For TVs WITHOUT a soundbar, the volume rocker is hiding on the SIDE of the TV remote.

Does the Property have a Grill?

A gas grill is located at the property for your use. We do not change the propane tanks between each guest, as this would result in a lot of wasted propane. In the event that you run out during your stay, simply take the tank to any gas station and do a swap (roughly $20). We’ll reimburse you thru Venmo or apple-pay if you just message us your info and a receipt.

Is Smoking Allowed?

Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home, violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine.
